Career Coach Intensive

30 hours of ICF Approved Continuing Education

The Career Coach Intensive prepares you to help individuals and groups who are seeking a career direction or navigating a mid-life career transition. This program is perfect for a coach (experienced or just getting started) seeking to enhance their career coaching skills. We also welcome professionals from any background who love helping people and want to be qualified to help individuals experiencing career-related challenges.

You will:

• Earn thirty hours of ICF (International Coaching Federation) approved CCE's (Coach Continuing Education)
• Attend ten two-hour weekly live virtual classes.
• Complete ten hours of resource-rich self-study.
• Practice career coaching to deepen your skills and boost your self-confidence.
• Become an Academy Certified Career Coach (ACCC).

Key pillars of our program include:

·       The Elevate Career Cycle model which explains the psychological and strategic stages of career transitions. This model provides a powerful structure and methodology for your career coaching process.

·       A logical beginning-to-end career coaching delivery system supported by reference materials, facilitator guides, our Elevate Your Career textbook, and much more.

·       The Elevations Career Choice, Career Change assessment which equips you to identify your client’s natural talents, growth potential, and optimum career direction.

·       Job hunting instruction and tools to support networking, resume writing, career-related research, job interviews, and overall job search strategy.
