An ICF Accredited Level One Program

Designed for individuals seeking a comprehensive, highly interactive program with a deep dive into career coaching best practices and a thorough review of the ICF code of ethics and competencies. We are committed to giving you an end-to-end career coaching delivery system, detailed facilitator guides, pricing models, and coaching tools, preparing you to deliver career coaching in your own business or in an organizational setting.

Learning the art of coaching is both rewarding and challenging. The only way to become a masterful coach is to interact with clients, make your mistakes, get feedback, and develop confidence. Therefore, we spend 50% of every class practicing coaching. This makes us unique and ultra-committed to your growth as a coach.

Upon completion, you achieve the Career Coach Entrepreneur Certificate (CCE). Class is held weekly for fourteen weeks. This program is delivered in English.

You will:

• Receive 45 hours of live instruction/mentoring from our highly-qualified faculty and 15 hours of self-study, giving you the required 60 hours of instruction to achieve your ACC credential from ICF.
• Become proficient in delivering and interpreting both the adult and student versions of the Elevations career assessments.
• Practice career coaching and receive feedback from your colleagues and instructors in class weekly.
• Complete five career coaching sessions with your own clients.
• Produce one recorded session (audio only) and written transcripts with the explicit permission of your client, to be reviewed by our performance evaluator. You must receive a passing score on one recording, demonstrating your mastery of the ICF competencies.
• Receive 10 mentor coaching sessions focusing on your professional development, career coaching excellence, and the ICF (International Coaching Federation) ethics and competencies.
• Complete weekly quizzes and a final exam.
• Be immersed in real-life examples of career transitions through the Elevate Your Career: Live a Life You’re Truly Proud Of book and the Helen Horyza YouTube channel (all included in your tuition).
• Create a business plan (whether you are self-employed or an organizational career coach), define your niche, learn how to run a successful business, develop a profitability model, and be trained in marketing and sales related to client attraction.
• Launch with access to alumni-only customizable forms, learning resources, checklists, ICF preparation material, and more.
• Become a member of the CCEA network, offering long-term support and development.
• Join the exclusive Career Coach Directory found on the ElevateYourCareer.com website, helping you attract high-quality clients.
