The Career Coach Entrepreneur Academy (CCEA) is on a mission to certify world-class, savvy coaches who transform lives.
We accomplish this by:

- Preparing you to pass your ICF performance recording and written exam.
- Offering a comprehensive slate of proprietary career coaching models, training modules, books, videos, and career assessments.
- Integrating one-on-one development and coaching practice.

- Ensuring our graduates achieve the Career Coach Entrepreneur certification and provide an instructional foundation to become an ICF-certified coach.
Our Story
The Career Coach Entrepreneur Academy was founded by Helen Horyza, a Nationally Certified Career Counselor (NCCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She saw a need for a career coach certification program that was singularly focused on career coaching. Helen has been a leader in the career coaching field for over thirty years.
In her book Elevate Your Career: Live a Life You’re Truly Proud Of, she tells her own story of finding her destiny in the career coaching field. She refers to it as her “twenty-six-year-old crisis”. She struggled to find a direction, entered graduate school without a clear focus, and, within a few months, uncovered the career development counseling specialization. In 1989, she completed her Master of Science Degree and entered her first job as the Associate Director of the Career Center at the University of the Pacific (UOP) in Stockton, CA.
After 8 years at UOP, Helen left her university job and opened her business. She created a thriving private practice, delivered large-scale organizational initiatives, and taught in leadership academies, training well over 4000 people. Concurrently, she invented the Elevations career assessments, refined the Elevate Career Cycle model, launched her YouTube channel, and released her book. Helen’s knowledge and experience, along with her proprietary tools and resources, are the foundation of the CCEA.
No surprise, Helen has selected the finest instructors for the CCEA program with ICF credentials, extensive career coaching experience, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Helen also serves as an instructor and source of inspiration for students, Academy staff, and alumni.
