Notice we don’t certify life coaches, wellness coaches, or spiritual coaches? We don’t, because we focus singularly on one thing: career coaching. We provide you with a complete delivery system including client intake strategies, career assessments, a transition model, session facilitation guides, and more. You will learn how to be a masterful career coach with the tools to help your clients find a direction that fits them perfectly. You will also be qualified and prepared to work with executives and business leaders in organizations using your career coaching knowledge and refined coaching skills.
We also offer rigorous coaching training focusing 80% of your training on the ICF coaching competencies. You will learn to structure coaching sessions with clear roles, expectations, and measurable success targets. You will polish your questions and coaching responses, eliminating story-telling, advice, and contextual experience. Written and verbal feedback from your instructors, mentors, and peers will refine your expertise and boost your confidence.
Personal, Contemporary, Robust
Your fourteen-week training program is delivered by deeply experienced, ICF certificated career coaches via a virtual, highly interactive format. Class size is limited to ten people to ensure you receive extensive career coaching practice as well as written and verbal feedback. You also receive ten mentor sessions to polish your skills, prepare you to pass your ICF performance evaluation and set audacious goals for your future.
The Career Coach Entrepreneur Academy will open new doors in your professional life and introduce you to a brilliant circle of colleagues. You will build bonds with both your fellow class-mates and your instructors. You will also interact with the academy founder, Helen Horyza. We want to get to know you and offer a highly customized training experience.
